The team member always reports after each visit and they will do whatever is needed.
They went out of their way to FaceTime mother’s birthday so we were part of the event. Nothing seems too much for them. All dug out, little raised walled area put in, new slabs, artificial turf, drainage, purple slate. It was a total garden transformation. The guys really worked hard during days of downpours which made the job harder for them. They did a fabulous job and I highly recommend them.
A couple of months ago, I contacted them again for a big paint job - front doorway, dining room, up the stairs and the landing. All doors done as well. These are really lovely people who go out of their way to complete the job to satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Being a pensioner, it is important to have people in your home that you can trust. They are a highly committed company who deliver a professional service to their customers. Everyone is extremely dedicated, caring and hardworking. They are also very adaptable, not only carrying out deep cleaning but also ironing, taking Stepmum to the local shops and even putting food out for the birds, which means so much to her. Unlike other home help agencies, communication has been excellent and Helena always gives a weekly update of what has been achieved. They have always been excellent, professional but vet caring. Nothing is too much trouble for them to arrange, and they've given me advise about other locals services that might be of interest, eg/ social clubs for elderly.
I have found their work to be consistently of the highest standards, and feel I can totally trust them all with caring for Mums many needs.
I get a report back after each home visit, which is very reassuring as I do not live locally to my Mum.
They are supportive, very kind, thoughtful, efficient, and I would definitely recommend them without any doubt. Damian and Ray worked on my 90yrs old dads garden on a as and when type basis keeping it safe in between visits and completed it to a very good standard.

Helena is warm and enthusiastic, she has empathy and is respectful and diplomatic. She is a problem solver and has innitiative, finding interesting and appropriate things to do. You won't be disappointed.June17/10/2016Damien gave me a very competitive quote and I was very impressed by his professionalism and by the way he took time to listen to what I wanted which was the bottom of my garden digging up the rubbish taking away and laying membrane and blue slate and also cutting the grass and hedges. He asked me lots of questions to make sure he got all the details of my requirements and he made some useful suggestions from his previous experience which we incorporated into the final brief.
Damien and his team started promptly on the agreed date and their work was of an exceptionally high standard. Damien made sure he managed the project well and he communicated with us regularly to make sure he was doing the garden to a high standard which was agreeable to us both.
Damien was very adaptable with excellent communication skills with me all summer.
Damien also noticed a wasp nest in my garden shed and got on the phone to his friend in who came up and sorted it out for me.
I am particularly impressed by the high standard of work and the attention to detail in the garden and hedges and decking, he cleaned.
I am very pleased with the front and back garden and how this compliments the neighbours frontages so it all looks in keeping with the wider surroundings.
Now the job is complete I receive good feedback about the quality of the finished garden.
